Kind people, quick service and excellent communication.

There is a defect in my cars speakers. I have a 2025 and my vehicle is under warranty. I was told that it would take multiple days to get my issue diagnosed. Was refused a loaner/rental vehicle. That is just unrealistic for anyone nowadays. I asked if there was a way to get my car diagnosed for a one day appointment and then I could try to find a way to leave my car multiple days to get it replaced. The woman I was speaking with told me she had to ask and would call me back in 10 minutes. I never got a call back from her but about 6 hours later I got a call from a man who told me that is something we could do, that I could drop off my car first thing in the morning, they’d get it assessed and I could pick it up that same afternoon. I followed that instruction and when I got there that afternoon to pick up my vehicle I was told that it wasn’t ready and that it would take a couple of days. Which is not was discussed and again, unrealistic without access to a rental or loaner. I have nothing against Chevy. I am not sure if it is too much to ask for good service when I buy a brand new car, but I would like to think that is bare minimum. I am seeking outside service to get my speakers repaired due to the lack of help from this Chevrolet location. I will not be recommending this location to anyone. I apologize if this review comes off as rude in anyway. I just had a very bad experience and am not happy.

Brooks is the man that guy is a genuinely looking to help people along with his manager brooks you have a customer for life brother .

Would give it a 5 if it didn't take 2 hrs to do an oil change and rotate tires

I've already talked to people on the phone, in person and sent a thorough email. I'm not wasting any more of my time on reviews when the feedback I've already given has fallen on def ears. 1 star across the board.

The sales manager was very deceiving and not up front with all of the sale price information.
