The staff was very friendly and professional, and I appreciated how nice everyone was. My only complaint is that I wasn’t told ahead of time that they couldn’t perform a balance or alignment on a dually truck. It would have saved me time if I had known before bringing it in. Overall, good customer service, but communication about service limitations could be improved.

Bakari, was by far the best sales person I ever dealt with. I purchased my Colorado from Him by him earning my business from another dealership, on top of that the same day I bought another vehicle for my wife!! And Bakari and finance manager stayed opened till 10pm until we was satisfied!!!!

Everyone was very nice and explained everything. We got the vehicle we want and the price we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase.
